It is important that you call the MOE Spills Action Centre every time you notice something unusual such as an odour, flaring, noise or other abnormal operating condition. Please be sure to log the date, time and wind direction before you contact the authorities.
This information helps the Ministry to track occurrences and incidents in the Chemical Valley. The Spills Action Centre is open 24 hours a day. Their numbers are:
